The dynamics of Domestic Abuse and Coercive Control are subtle and complex and a crisis issue can occur at any time in a relationship. Research shows that Domestic Violence and Abuse is cyclical.
Being a victim of Domestic Abuse and Coercive Control can be confusing, destructive and debilitating and completely exhausting, and in many cases can lead to a significant loss of self-esteem and confidence and in extreme cases can negatively impact health and mental health.
