What happens when you call…
When you contact our helpline, you’ll speak to a trained, compassionate staff member who understands the dynamics of domestic abuse. They will take your contact details, explore when and how it is safe to contact you and find out which of our services will benefit you most. If you require outreach services, for example for court accompaniment, you will be referred to our outreach team, Anu.
You don’t have to
explain everything.
